South Jersey Charities Receive $10,000 Thanks To Xspero Network

Millville, NJ (January 9th, 2020) – At time when charitable giving has dropped, a total of $10,000 has been given to South-Jersey based charities thanks to area residents who have made the contributions just by using the social-giving app XsperoTM to do their everyday spending.

Users of the app buy XsperoTM Dollars to participating small businesses where they can use those digital Dollars just as they would cash to purchase food, entertainment, automotive needs, hair care, flowers, and more at any of the more than 115 merchants listed within the app. When they buy the XsperoTM Dollars, 20% of that purchase benefits a participating local charity of their choice, all at no cost to the user.

Several charities have benefited from the app, receiving thousands of dollars. From purchasing new iPads for students to helping to shelter the homeless, charities like the M25 Initiative, St. Mary School, Garden State Boys Scouts of America, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters, have signed on in the Cumberland County and Atlantic County region.

XsperoTM is an innovative new app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, that brings together local media companies, merchants, charities, and supporters by taking the age-old barter system and updating it for the 21st Century. With XsperoTM, everyone wins!

“The Xspero app was designed to be a win-win for local charities and small businesses,” said Xspero founder Ken Pustizzi. “We’re thrilled to see $10,000 benefiting South Jersey charities because of Xspero, and with that over $120,000 in sales have been generated by small businesses in our network. Since new charities and businesses are joining every month, it’s clear that this is only the beginning of what charities and local businesses can achieve with this unique app.”

The app is currently accepting applications from throughout South New Jersey to become a participating merchant or charity.
